Who Are We?

J Register is a company that “GIVES.” The word Give is defined as “to place in the keeping or possession of, to donate, contribute, the quality or state of being resilient.” All of the employees here at JREG have a responsibility to strive to give their best effort to this company and their coworkers. Our employees frequently join together to give their time and resources to those in need. We have and continue to donate financial resources and man hours to areas that have been affected by storms, charities and people who need a helping hand. Some employees demonstrate this through thoughtful acts. Some do this through volunteering their time and talent. The spirit of giving at JReg is an integral part of our company’s culture and reflects the values that guide our daily lives.

Our Company Culture

J Register has and continues to pay special attention to our Culture. We are a family owned and operated business, which was built on strong Christian values. In 2007, a strategic planning meeting was held and Culture was one of the many topics discussed. Based on a number of employee evaluations, we have determined that our culture here is one of Tradition and Deliberateness. Our employees and management here at JREG are intellectual and thoughtful. We consider issues carefully prior to making a change. We have a number of systems in place, and yet we are flexible in forming or reforming our teams in accordance with the needs of our clients. We regularly hire new employees, which generates a valuable flow of diverse talent with fresh perspectives. Our culture is one in which senior management strives to communicate frequently with all employees. Our goal is to cultivate employees by encouraging development through mentoring and/or formal training. We don’t believe in wasting resources to reinvent the wheel!
